AJ Design are now Accredited Agents with Cornwall Council.
This means all our householder planning applications with Cornwall Council are registered on a fast track scheme with minimum delays. Although this does not reduce the time the council need to consider the application it can help to save time at the initial stages and slightly speed up the overall process.
